You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund — for any reason. Take the whole course, work through the lessons, and if it isn't the clearest course you've ever tried, just email me and I'll refund every penny.

How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with:
- The email address you used at checkout.
- The date of your purchase (or your order/receipt number).
My team and I personally read every refund request. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 1–2 additional business days.
After 14 days
The course is yours for life from day one — so I extend the same goodwill even past the refund window. If you've followed the method seriously and feel genuinely stuck after 90 days, send me your playing and I'll review it personally and write you a tailored plan, free. That's the personal-support promise that comes with the course.

Because the course includes downloadable materials (Guitar Pro files, PDFs) and immediate access to the private student community, your refund covers the full purchase regardless of how much material you've downloaded. After the refund is issued, your access to the course area and community is revoked.
Chargebacks
Please contact me before initiating a chargeback with your bank. I'd much rather solve it directly — and a chargeback can delay the resolution by weeks. Initiating a chargeback without first emailing me may forfeit your eligibility for future purchases.
