I take your privacy seriously and only collect what's needed to deliver the courses and run my business.

Buy a course (name, email, billing address, payment details — handled by Stripe/PayPal; I never see your full card number)

Email me with a question (whatever you share in your message)
Post in the private student community (your community profile, comments, video submissions)

Collected automatically when you visit the Site:

Standard server log data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamp
Cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below)
Aggregate usage data from analytics tools

Why I use it

To deliver the courses and grant access to the materials you bought
To process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe/PayPal)
To answer your emails and provide support
To send you course-related emails (lesson updates, new modules, refund or access info)
To send marketing emails — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe any time with one click
To improve the Site and course based on aggregated, anonymised usage data
To comply with legal obligations (tax records, etc.)

Who I share it with

I don't sell your data. I share only the minimum necessary with trusted service providers who help run the business:

Kajabi — hosts the Site, course, and student community
Stripe / PayPal — process payments
Google Workspace — email communication
An email-marketing platform (Kajabi) — for course updates and (opt-in) marketing
Google Analytics or similar — anonymised site analytics

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. I only share what they need to do their job.

I may also disclose information if legally required (subpoena, court order, fraud investigation).

Cookies

The Site uses cookies for:

Essential functions (keeping you logged in, remembering your cart)

The Site is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact me and I'll delete it.

International transfers

The Site is operated from the United Kingdom. By using the Site, you understand your data may be processed in countries outside your own (including the United States, where Kajabi is based). I rely on the service providers' standard data-protection safeguards for these transfers.

I may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced by email or via a banner on the Site.
